Benton County Fair 2007

Every year Samaritan Health (my employer) has a "Day at the Fair" for their employees They have it at 3 different county fairs and you can go to all 3 if you choose. 2 of them are close by and so we try to take advantage of the free admission and free food they provide. Anyways we went to the Benton County Fair with AJ...it was a hot day but we had fun as always. There was a serious lack of Holsteins there...way too many horses but it was fun anyways. It is a great fair because the carnival side is hidden away and so no begging for rides! ;-)

This picture is of AJ getting all dressed in the fire gear for an obstacle course they had set up for kids. He loved being a "fireman" and we were really proud of how well he did! Do we see a future here?

AJ asked for a face painting and yes he is a spoiled only child so he got the face painting done. When they asked what he wanted he made it very clear that he wanted a grey shark. So that is what they did and a pretty cool one at that!

AJ wanted to be a farmer man in the wagon but insisted that I was in the picture too....just concentrate on the cute kid!

Ok...I told you he is a spoiled only child right now...Pony ride it is! He loved it and kept saying YEE HAW!!!
