Get ready to laugh really hard!!

Kevin and I joined a fitness club here in Lebanon. We joined it because they offer 3 evenings of childcare for free! We decided we had no other reason not to go work out now...no more using AJ as our excuse...we have to get in shape! We started there last night and so begins the fun! We got AJ settled in the childcare which he loves...no hesitation from him at all! Kevin and I went to get on the treadmill and these are some seriously technical treadmills...they are connected to a TV with headphones so you can watch whatever you want and not make everyone else listen...the treadmill actually has fans...which I am excited about! Kevin is not as excited about them as he once was. He was trying to figure out how to turn the fan on and hit the 8 on the display...well that apparently makes the speed go up to 8!! Yes...this is where the fun starts. Thank goodness we were on side by side treadmills...once I realized that he was having trouble...I could hear him huffing and saw his arms waving...I reached over and put my finger on the down arrow button until it was down where he could handle it (3.5). It was so hard to keep going on my treadmill, help Kevin and LAUGH MY BUTT OFF!!! As soon as Kevin had caught his breath I pointed out that right next to his hand that was holding on for dear life was a big STOP button for emergencies...we both got a good laugh out of that one!
